Miami Condo Redesign

This project involved reworking an existing income property to improve functionality and flow within a previously choppy, dated, and closed-off layout. The goal was to explore the addition of an office/den and guest bedroom while maintaing existing bathroom locations for plumbing efficiency.

 

Developed to help visualize the space's potential prior to purchase and support early contractor pricing, the project moved from initial floor plans to 3D visuals within a two-day turnaround. The layout was modeled in Revit and translated into simple line drawings, which were then used to generate AI-assisted renderings for quick, realistic visualization. ​
